They undoubtedly exist, as they're based on biochemical pathways. You can't necessarily change that, at least easily. I used to fold with Macrumors a few years ago, as I remember it we had a pretty powerful team, seems now things are waning, and this board has cooled off. I suppose I'm guilty of leaving as well (jumped ship for Penny Arcade, great comic BTW), am I just glossing over old memories or have things actually slowed down?

How am i a geek. I need to be able to keep files on my phone like word docs that I can access at any computer. I prefer a Full keyboard and T-mo sucks many people have these same wants and needs out of a smart phone.

Well at lease I will have one to trade at the Apple store once they get some more in...we shall see who has the last laugh.

does this still have lag/freezing issues?
I know when lion beta was first released it would lag and freeze a lot! also it was very unstable, 80% of the apps would crash constantly.

Pretty soon we'll be able to change the appearance of everything just like in Windows. I sure hope they invest many more man-years in the development of this technology.
(I get upset at least once a month because I can't change the appearance of something in SL, but this is a bit much. I guess they are running out of things for people to do. Time to thin the herd.)

I have an external Mac display cerca 2008 with a the apple display port that I hook to my Macbook. When I got a revamped mac book I had to buy a mini display adapter to use it.
I want to get a the new iMac, and want to use my external display still. But I haven't been able to find info on Mini/Display port to Tunderbolt.
I know half the charm of these thunderbolts is running HD video from an external drive and separate monitors. But I haven't found what I'm looking for.
Thoughts?

yes its true for running things like parallels, Boot Camp however is just fine with all editions of Vista, afaik
