Did you indicate whether you need it in a CD instead of paper copy?
Also for the labor copy, should the request be sent to USCIS or DOL?

Ok, this is something I don't think I have an eye for at all (or have ever had an eye for, yet).
I have a photo project for a other photo study I'm taken. It's to photo a beauiful outdoor vista (any outdoor scene I pick).
The objective is to produce a picture that gives a feeling of distance-a feeling of near or far.
The subject is to photo a wonderful view that stretches as far as the eye can see.
So am I even close or maybe getting close to achieving this?
What do you think?

I'm confused - Everyone who has a 140 is supposed to have a Labor and very likely that will be more than 365 days old. So why do anyone need 140 approval in that sense ?
And not all EB applicants have labor. EB1 and EB2-NIW have no labor. Such applicants would benefit greatly from this rule since USCIS is taking a ridiculous amount of time to adjudicate I-140's.

I don't know if these points are written as a joke. Technically H1B's are guest workers. If there is no work, they need not be here. "...Don't send RFE to those on EAD...", seems to tell don't do your job of checking whatever you are supposed to check before admitting a new immigrant.
Best thing is do nothing, just wait and hope for the best. Any actions are not likely to favour immigration or speedup GC granting, as these are not favoured in difficult economic times.
I agree about your comment on guest workers. But h1bs are also human beings. Rather than treating them like car imported from Japan treat them humane. Don't just think of h1bs as a number. There is a human being behind them. Its not easy to just uproot everything you have since last 10yrs and move back to where you came. This is not a treatment for a "guest".

Assume one uses AC21 on EAD. Now, when there's an Employment Verification RFE for I485, is it possible to submit a letter from an employer B even though one was working with employer A at the time of the receipt of RFE?
The reason I ask is, when using AC21, a lot of companies might not be willing to provide a EVL which has the same responsibilities as the ones listed on the Labor cert. So, can I submit the offer letter from say my friend's company saying that my joining date will be sometime in the near future? (GC is for future employment) Would this provoke USCIS to call me for a I485 interview?

Yes, you can. With EAD you can even become CEO of any company but for EVL, you can submit offer letter from future-employer but remember once you get green card, you need to work for this "future-employer" for 6 months.

this is going to be very subjective. even though there is detail less black in the first one in the nect area i think it "looks" fine. in my opinion there is too much detail less black in the second one, that makes it "look" too dark. also the first one is sooo good there's not much you can do with the second one to bring it to that level. thx, kevin

IV does not support any fraudulent activity by anybody, whether employees or employers or anybody else.
It because of faking the resumes by unscrupulous individuals things have come to this pass. Many genuinely honest and hardworking folks are slogging on in the GC queue while many who can't even spell technology have got GCs in a matter of months by exploiting loopholes.
My advice, go back to your home country, get some education in your chosen vocation and restart your career through honest means.

Our Immigration status is EAD and my wife is pregnant,
We are very happy with the news..
There is lot of possibility for us to be in India during due date, based on few important events in family.
We would like to know.. if baby is born in India then what possibilities are there for us to bring baby along with us?
(if mother stays in India for couple of more months)
can baby also get Green Card when we (parents) are allotted green card?
All your advices are always appreciated.

It's no brainer. Have the baby in US and then leave for india. You get US citizenship for your baby free of cost and without any hassles. Your baby can get indian citizenship anytime if that's your goal.

I filed my 140 on July 2nd though the notice date is Sep 24th. (It went to NSC->CSC->NSC).

You are missing the crux of my message; buying education for a GC is not the purpose of the SKIL bill. It is intended to retain foreign workers who willfully enrolled in a U.S advance degree program to pursue higher studies, and as oh! By the way that also helps you to get your GC quicker; it�s not the other way around .
I read SKIL bill and it refers to "Exempts U.S.-educated professionals with advanced degrees". I Do not see why an online master degree does not fit in here. Maybe I am missing something :)
