If you think about it, you don't really have that much say in the matter.I may be in the minority, but the rule around here is that you obey whoever pays the bills. That means that if you're still living under your parents' roof (or you're depending on them to pay the tuition, room, and board), then you live by their rules.
If I knew my kid was having sex with a girl he'd dated for three months, I'd have a problem with it. By that point, though, there's not much you can do shy of chaining him to his bed and her to hers.

All except #1 (the parrot). I scanned that one out of a magazine and messed with the hue and saturation a little bit then cropped it down.

After I switched to Verizon, AT&T sent me a letter offering all sorts of deals if I'd change my mind (although they didn't offer to buy out my new 2-year Verizon contract).
This must be how they were planning to pay for my special discounts, by raising fees for everyone else!

I agree wholeheartedly. Despite the fact that I work for the same company that owns the FT, I am disgusted by this reasoning. I definitely won't be subscribing to the pink paper any time soon.

If some generic reseller wanted to charge an extra $200 per iPad MSRP would people email SJ asking why is he allowing that? Kind of Sad.

Sure, put an Airport Express in every room with a set of speakers plugged in to each one and your done. Play music from your Mac, iPod Touch or iPhone to one or multiple rooms.

so it seem that everybody is jumping on this cloud bandwagon. just wondering if having web based operating systems and file storage will slow down broadband internet speed?
is that a concern? honestly i'd rather have faster internet, if that's the choice.
